Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Cabin Steward with Costa del Alba, your core mission is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing detailed daily cleaning and turndown service for assigned guest cabins.
• Changing linens, replenishing towels, and restocking all cabin amenities.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of hallways and designated public areas.
• Providing courteous and prompt assistance to passengers with inquiries and simple requests.
• Upholding strict company protocols for hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times.
