Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Efficiently remove construction debris and waste materials to maintain clear pathways and work areas.
• Perform thorough sweeping and cleaning of all assigned work zones and common areas.
• Safely organize tools, equipment, and materials in designated storage locations.
• Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople with basic, non-specialized tasks to support site workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• No formal education or prior experience in cleaning is required; comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for extended periods and handling light to moderate lifting.
• A strong, demonstrated commitment to workplace safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.
