Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Cabin Steward with Costa del Alba, your core mission is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Performing detailed daily cleaning and turndown service for assigned guest cabins.
Changing linens, replenishing towels, and restocking all cabin amenities.
Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of hallways and designated public areas.
Providing courteous and prompt assistance to passengers with inquiries and simple requests.
Upholding strict company protocols for hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times.
